CTDSP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTDSP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,746 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDSP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC24A, MLKL, and HNRNPLL. Each is linked with CTDSP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDSP2-to-partner and partner-to-CTDSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTDSP2 versus SEC24A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
