CTDSP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTDSP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,263 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADD1, CNNM3, and NXF1. Each is linked with CTDSP1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDSP1-to-partner and partner-to-CTDSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTDSP1 versus ADD1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
