CTDSP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTDSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHB, GPR101, and TPRX1. Each is linked with CTDSP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDSP1-to-partner and partner-to-CTDSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSHB grouped by CTDSP1-low versus CTDSP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
