CTDP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTDP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,653 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, SRRM2_S1179, and SRSF7_S233. Each is linked with CTDP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDP1-to-partner and partner-to-CTDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTDP1 versus SMAD4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
