Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTDNEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTDNEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHNAK, DYNC1H1, and TP53. Each is linked with CTDNEP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDNEP1-to-partner and partner-to-CTDNEP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AHNAK grouped by CTDNEP1-low versus CTDNEP1-high in STAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDNEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDNEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
