CTCFL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTCFL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTCFL-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSP70, JNK_pT183_Y185, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with CTCFL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTCFL-to-partner and partner-to-CTCFL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSP70 grouped by CTCFL-low versus CTCFL-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTCFL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTCFL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
