CTCF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTCF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,231 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTCF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL8, G0S2, and TREM1. Each is linked with CTCF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTCF-to-partner and partner-to-CTCF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTCF versus CXCL8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTCF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTCF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
