CTC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,448 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAR1B, PHAX, and NOLC1. Each is linked with CTC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTC1-to-partner and partner-to-CTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAR1B grouped by CTC1-low versus CTC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
