CTBS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTBS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTBS-associated genes across cancer lineages are S6_pS240_S244, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR. Each is linked with CTBS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTBS-to-partner and partner-to-CTBS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S6_pS240_S244 grouped by CTBS-low versus CTBS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTBS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTBS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
