Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTBP2P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CTBP2P10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CTBP2P10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTBP2P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA, BRCA, and KICH are the cancer types where CTBP2P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
