CTBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, FAXDC2, and UQCRH. Each is linked with CTBP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTBP2-to-partner and partner-to-CTBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF367 grouped by CTBP2-low versus CTBP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
