CTBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 345 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OBP2B, EIF3L, and SAMM50. Each is linked with CTBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTBP2-to-partner and partner-to-CTBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OBP2B grouped by CTBP2-low versus CTBP2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
