CTAGE7P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTAGE7P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,836 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTAGE7P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR1, GATAD2B, and ACIN1. Each is linked with CTAGE7P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTAGE7P-to-partner and partner-to-CTAGE7P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTAGE7P versus CCAR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTAGE7P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTAGE7P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
