Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTAGE6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CTAGE6 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CTAGE6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTAGE6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where CTAGE6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
