CTAGE6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTAGE6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTAGE6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7L1P10, TEMN3-AS1, and MIR615. Each is linked with CTAGE6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTAGE6-to-partner and partner-to-CTAGE6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL7L1P10 grouped by CTAGE6-low versus CTAGE6-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTAGE6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTAGE6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
