Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTAGE4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CTAGE4 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CTAGE4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTAGE4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where CTAGE4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
