Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTAG2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CTAG2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CTAG2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTAG2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LUSC, and COAD are the cancer types where CTAG2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
