CTAG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTAG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 312 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS17P8, PPBPP1, and FOXC2-AS1. Each is linked with CTAG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTAG2-to-partner and partner-to-CTAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS17P8 grouped by CTAG2-low versus CTAG2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
