The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher CT83 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CT83 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, PRAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where CT83 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
