CT69

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT69 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,955 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CT69-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01010, SGK1, and GPNMB. Each is linked with CT69 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT69-to-partner and partner-to-CT69 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CT69 versus LINC01010 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CT69→partner) and Y-score (partner→CT69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
