Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CT47B1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CT47B1 data layer compared with 9 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher CT47B1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CT47B1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

READ, BRCA, and COAD are the cancer types where CT47B1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
