Across TCGA cell cohorts, CT47A7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT47A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Vorinostat, Niraparib, and N23918-95-7. Each is linked with CT47A7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT47A7-to-partner and partner-to-CT47A7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
