Across TCGA cell cohorts, CT47A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT47A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Vorinostat, Niraparib, and N23918-95-7. Each is linked with CT47A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT47A2-to-partner and partner-to-CT47A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Vorinostat grouped by CT47A2-low versus CT47A2-high in CNS.
