Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CT45A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT45A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGBP, ZNF598, and IQSEC1. Each is linked with CT45A9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT45A9-to-partner and partner-to-CT45A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCGBP grouped by CT45A9-low versus CT45A9-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CT45A9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CT45A9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
