CSTF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSTF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,854 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM3, CSTF1, and CTR9. Each is linked with CSTF3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTF3-to-partner and partner-to-CSTF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSTF3 versus MCM3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSTF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSTF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
