CSTF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSTF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,387 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRIM1, UPF3B, and THOC2. Each is linked with CSTF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTF2-to-partner and partner-to-CSTF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSTF2 versus PRIM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
