CSTF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSTF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA3, 4E-BP1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with CSTF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTF2-to-partner and partner-to-CSTF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA3 grouped by CSTF2-low versus CSTF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
