Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,750 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, Telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, and Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with CSTF1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTF1-to-partner and partner-to-CSTF1 results are reported.
