CSTF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCZ1, MAGEL2, and PSKH2. Each is linked with CSTF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTF1-to-partner and partner-to-CSTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLCZ1 grouped by CSTF1-low versus CSTF1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
