Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSTA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,864 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Regulation of translation in response to stress. Each is linked with CSTA in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTA-to-partner and partner-to-CSTA results are reported.
