CST9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,129 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9L, BNIPL, and SPRR4. Each is linked with CST9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST9-to-partner and partner-to-CST9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CST9 versus CST9L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
