CST9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORC1-AS1, RNU6-1318P, and RNA5SP136. Each is linked with CST9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST9-to-partner and partner-to-CST9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MORC1-AS1 grouped by CST9-low versus CST9-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
