CST8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST8 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Class-switched memory B-cells, Megakaryocytes, and Melanocytes. Each is linked with CST8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST8-to-partner and partner-to-CST8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Class-switched memory B-cells grouped by CST8-low versus CST8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
