CST8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CST8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 144 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST8-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL27RA, HIRA, and SLC25A17. Each is linked with CST8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST8-to-partner and partner-to-CST8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL27RA grouped by CST8-low versus CST8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
