CST7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,333 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAP70, PTPN22, and PDCD1. Each is linked with CST7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST7-to-partner and partner-to-CST7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CST7 versus ZAP70 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
