CST7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST7 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP. Each is linked with CST7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST7-to-partner and partner-to-CST7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by CST7-low versus CST7-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
