CST6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST6-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT1A2P, NDUFA4P2, and UBFD1P1. Each is linked with CST6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST6-to-partner and partner-to-CST6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UGT1A2P grouped by CST6-low versus CST6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
