CST4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, XBP1, and ATM. Each is linked with CST4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST4-to-partner and partner-to-CST4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by CST4-low versus CST4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
