Across TCGA cell cohorts, CST4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 633 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of matrix metallopeptidase secretion, Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, and Ribonucleoside diphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CST4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST4-to-partner and partner-to-CST4 results are reported.
