CST3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,927 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX18, SELENBP1, and CYB5R1. Each is linked with CST3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST3-to-partner and partner-to-CST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CST3 versus DDX18 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
