CST3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,339 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH, KPNA2, and BIRC5. Each is linked with CST3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST3-to-partner and partner-to-CST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CST3 versus NCAPH in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
