Across TCGA cell cohorts, CST3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,873 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of collagen catabolic process, Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Negative regulation of extracellular matrix disassembly. Each is linked with CST3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST3-to-partner and partner-to-CST3 results are reported.
