Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CST2P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CST2P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CST2P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CST2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and BLCA are the cancer types where CST2P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
