CST2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 523 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YY1, CCNB1IP1, and TCFL5. Each is linked with CST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST2-to-partner and partner-to-CST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CST2 versus YY1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
