CST2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 311 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FSCB, MIR8077, and H3P41. Each is linked with CST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST2-to-partner and partner-to-CST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FSCB grouped by CST2-low versus CST2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
