CST2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are naive B-cells, Adipocytes, and Hepatocytes. Each is linked with CST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST2-to-partner and partner-to-CST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, naive B-cells grouped by CST2-low versus CST2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
