CST13P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST13P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST13P-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM48, SPINT5P, and VN2R1P. Each is linked with CST13P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST13P-to-partner and partner-to-CST13P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST13P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST13P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
