Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CST11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CST11 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CST11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CST11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where CST11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
