CST11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, EGFR_pY1068, and MAPK_pT202_Y204. Each is linked with CST11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST11-to-partner and partner-to-CST11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CST11-low versus CST11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
