CST11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CST11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 127 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX-2112, BAY-61-3606, and STF-62247. Each is linked with CST11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST11-to-partner and partner-to-CST11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX-2112 grouped by CST11-low versus CST11-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
